FREE DENTIST :

First avoid emergency dentist in Withchapel, because they are not free and if they accepte you they don't respect you. I had a bad experience there already. But you can go to the King's college Hospital a Camberwell, on the Danemark hill road. They are free and they give medicament for free if you need. But you need to wait several hours.

Go to 56A at Elephent and Castle, ask how you can find a frame and build your bike. If you need pieces and advices people from 56A help you for free and you can get some free pieces too.

FREE ENGLISH CLASSES :

For elementar English you can find several classes with ESOL, but some they are no completly free. 
After ESOL, high level is dificult to find classes for free. 

The best is at Crisis and they help also for several things like to give prove of adress, help to get account bank , job, etc...

At the Pullens centre from Monday til Friday you can have a soup for a donation. And if realy you have any money I'm sur you can have one soup  for free.
